If you knew what a handful of people went through with Top Notch, you wouldnt consider letting these guys work on or build your dream truck. Even if the small chance nothing goes wrong, you'll still end up paying 2-3x more than most shops. Any issues that may happen, it will always be at your inconvenience (and your wallet). Outside of the business aspect, selfishness and immaturity runs rampent. No Aloha.

We had an appointment with Top Notch to get the thermostat changed on our car. First of all, they didn't tell us they had moved their shop. Secondly, once we called and found them, the owner told us to go buy coolant. So we did. We drove up the road to Walmart, got 4 gallons of fluid, and when we got back to the car, the car wouldn't start. It took us about 30 minutes to get the stick shift to go into gear. We drove back to Top Notch, and the owner was REALLY rude. He said we had "taken too long" and that he couldn't get us in for "a couple of weeks. " Wow. He was so rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend Top Notch to anyone. If I could give that place less than 1 star, I definitely would.

Sharing my experience with the lift kit installation on my truck. Communication was difficult from the beginning. The initial phone interaction felt short and unprofessional, which set the tone for the overall experience. After the lift kit was installed, I immediately noticed looseness in the steering, followed by a significant alignment issue and persistent clunking and popping noises from the front suspension. I contacted the shop and was advised to bring the truck back for inspection. When I picked it up the second time, the steering wheel alignment had been adjusted, but the suspension noise remained. I was assured the vehicle had been looked over and assumed it was safe to drive. About a month later, I had the truck inspected by another mechanic, who discovered that the lower control arms had been left loose and were not properly torqued to specification. This created a serious safety risk. According to the mechanic, the control arms had been loosened during the lift installation to accommodate the new shocks and were never properly tightened. Driving for an extended period with loose lower control arms is extremely dangerous and unacceptable, especially from a shop that

The absolute best. When you got a big truck that no one will touch, or you just need the best parts installed by real professionals there is no other choice. 🤙

Was recommended Top Knotch for lifting my truck and couldn't be happier with the result and the experience! This team was amazing to work with from the girls at the front to the shop crew, it was an overall great experience. They handled ordering the lift, wheels, and tires, answered any questions along the way, and did an amazing job on the install! So stoked!! Thanks to the whole crew for hooking it up!
